Beginner Salsa Dancing Lessons in Salt Lake City Utah
Salsa dancing is one of the most popular dancing styles in Utah nowadays. There are lots of Latin dance socials and clubs to dance at! We offer group and private salsa dance lessons from Utah's top Salsa Dance professionals, plus performance-focused Salsa Dance Teams! No partner is ever required & complete beginners are always welcome!Classes usually have 20-30 people.
We require pre-registeration for all class in advance.

New students, join classes 1st and 2nd weeks of the month. No partner is required!

We don't accept Amex. All attendees must have a separate account, if you are registering someone else, please add them to your family account during sign up process. Passes can not be shared.Level 1 takes circa 10 classes to complete. All beyond beginner classes require instructors approval to join.

Important info before your 1st lesson
To schedule for the Beginner class click “sign up” above according to your preferred day of the week and style. Prepayment is required to register.
Please wear something comfortable for physical activity to your first lesson and select your footwear carefully. We recommend shoes with semi-smooth soles to avoid sticking or slipping on the dance floor. Dance shoes are available for sale at the studio and are a must for dedicated dancers.
Unless stated otherwise, all of our Level 1 classes can be joined on the 1st and 2nd weeks of the month. On average it takes 10-12 classes to complete Level 1 syllabus. Consider doing Private Lessons to speed up your learning process.
Our group class pricing options are per person. The cost per lesson goes down as students purchase larger packages ranging from $4 to $20 per class. Best deal is our "Unlimited Beginner Monthly Membership" that allows you to come to all Level 1 & Level 2 classes and Beginner workshops.
Dance partners are not required. During each of our group classes, instructors rotate partners regularly. Already have a partner? Great! Although students may choose to stay with a designated partner throughout the class, it is strongly recommended for your learning to rotate and practice with other students for optimal improvement. This practice also improves class quality for your fellow students.
Congratulations! If you have the Beginner steps down, you are ready to move on to Level 2! If you aren’t confident in the Beginner steps, you can take the course again, or book a private lesson. We recommend you talk with your instructor to help you decide your next step.
We love you but we don't offer refunds on anything purchased online or in-studio. However we will gladly switch to another class or teacher to make sure you have the best experience at our studio!
Classes do not roll over past the expiration date of 90 days. Please take a look at our calendar and attend another class at the start of your level. We have many options available!
