We help adults with any level of previous dancing experience to find their tribe and achieve a new skill through our beginner friendly dance lessons and socials in Salsa, Bachata, Country Swing, West Coast Swing, Ballroom. South State Blues Socials
Every 1st & 3rd FRIDAY
Blues dancing is a family of historical dances that developed alongside blues music. It's SOULFUL & CONNECTED, and a style that our Utah community can't get enough of! Join us for class & social dancing on 1st & 3rd Fridays. Everyone welcome, we love seeing new faces in our community.We are an inclusive Blues community & love new people to join. Come see what Salt Lake City Blues is all about!
1st & 3rd Fridays: Local DJs, Instructors from our Cool Community
Schedule: 8pm to 9pm Class (mixed levels - we'll split into groups if we need to) then social dancing til 11:30pm
Cost: Class + Dancing: $15/per person
Just Dancing: $10 at the door all night
June 15th: SOUL PARTY (Best of blues & soul music)
Fun music keeping the great tunes rolling til 12:00 am
What is South State Blues?
South State Blues Social is a chance for true blues dancers to spend an evening dancing to the best blues music & djs (or live music) in the spacious, beautiful Grand Ballroom. We usually hold a class at 8pm (everyone welcome) & then keep the dancing going until 11:30pm.
