Salsa & Bachata Teams • Auditions Fall 2026
Take your Latin dancing to the stage! Auditions happen the week of August 24th. The Fall 2026 season starts the week of Sept 7th and runs to December, DF’s Winter Showcase on 12/19, and local performances. Latin teams may extend through January or February to perform in Denver or to compete at The Summit Championship (first week of February).

Latin Team Audition FAQs
Helpful details before you register and audition.
Do I need a partner to audition?
No. A partner is not required for auditions. Be ready to learn a short combination and participate in the audition process independently.
What level should I be?
The auditions are designed for dancers at approximately Level 3–4 and above. You should have a working foundation in the style you are auditioning for.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable dance clothing and dance shoes that allow you to move safely and confidently.
How much does the audition cost?
Pre-registration is $15 and the day-of price is $20. Regular DF punch passes and monthly plans may be used. Unlimited group-class memberships do not apply.
When does the Fall 2026 season run?
The season begins the week of September 7 and runs through DF’s Winter Showcase on December 19. Some teams may optionally extend into January or February for additional performances or competition.
