What Are Solo Movement Classes?

These are solo dance & movement classes that sharpen timing, footwork, balance, and body control. They’re a perfect add-on if you take partner dances like Salsa, Bachata, West Coast Swing, or Country Swing—and a fun workout on their own.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in. Dance shoes help but aren’t required.

Which pass should I buy?

If you want solo-only training, the Solo Movement Membership is a great fit at $49 for your first month, then $79/month after that. If you also take partner classes, another DF pass or membership may fit better.
