FAQ for New Students

Can I start anytime?

Yes. Intro classes run weekly and Bootcamps run regularly — you can start whenever you're ready.

Do I need a partner?

No partner needed. We rotate in group classes so you can learn faster and meet people.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. Shoes that pivot easily are ideal (we also sell shoes onsite).

How long until I move to Level 2?

Most students take about 10–12 Level 1 classes. Your instructor will guide you based on comfort and consistency.

Which style should I start with?

Salsa and Bachata are great for Latin socials; West Coast Swing and Country Swing are popular for country nights and modern music. Many beginners try two styles and keep the one they love most.
